The readings and exercises on this site collect those remedies and practices by symptom along with supporting scientific research (when available) explaining why they work.
The authors of the original mindfulness manual didn’t ask students to take their word that these techniques were effective. They simply asked skeptical students to see for themselves.
I offer this collection in that same spirit.
